Yes. To guarantee lasting security and stability for your site, the minimum term for our maintenance packages is 12 months.

We cannot take sites that are already infected into regular maintenance. In that case we will make you a separate offer for professional virus removal. After the clean-up we start straight away with the maintenance package you have chosen.

Yes, flexibility matters. If your business grows and you need more services (such as more intensive SEO monitoring or more storage space), you can move up to a higher package at any time. Please note, however: an upgrade is possible at any time, whereas a downgrade to a smaller package is not.
After your purchase we carry out a first check of your website within 24 hours at most on working days. If no critical problems are found, we set up your package in full immediately afterwards. Your system is then protected straight away and benefits from all the services of our flat-rate maintenance from that moment on.
To move your site to us we need your hosting login details, WordPress administrator access and a list of all domains and email mailboxes to be migrated; all of these are essential.

Every maintenance package includes a monthly time allowance – 15 minutes in the Basic package, 30 minutes in the Pro package – in which we carry out any work you ask for on your WordPress site, e.g. colour adjustments, swapping a logo or adding a new subpage.
